Since January 2012 Björn Marek (35) has been the new leader of the press and PR department at ABT Sportsline, the world’s largest tuner of vehicles from the Volkswagen group. Marek succeeds Florian Büngener, who decided to leave the company at his own request in November 2011.

Before taking on his fresh challenge Björn Marek was journalist at the Axel Springer Auto Verlag publishing company, where he wrote articles for the magazines Auto Test and Auto Bild Sportscars. Moreover he was project manager for special publications. The man from the German region Westphalia has also been involved in several book projects about car topics.
